There will be bar service on site for 19+ patrons. 

PGMF2 will once again bring together a fierce lineup of diverse, ultra-talented bands from across Western Canada, continuing the festival’s mission of building something heavy, loud, and lasting in Northern BC. PGMF2 will feature two nights of metal, brutality, melody, chaos, and pure stage fury at the Knox Performance Centre 1448 5th ave. Prince George, BC.

The Anciients

Saturday night will be headlined by The Anciients, one of Canada’s most decorated heavy bands. The Vancouver progressive metal force has carved out a national reputation with crushing musicianship, sprawling atmosphere, and ultra heavy stoner grooves. Their 2016 album Voice of the Void won the 2018 JUNO Award for Heavy Metal Album of the Year, and their 2024 album Beyond the Reach of the Sun earned them another JUNO win in 2025 for Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year. That makes The Anciients not just a headliner, but a two-time JUNO-winning wrecking crew bringing national-calibre firepower to Prince George. The Anciients have toured with Lamb of God, Death to All, Decapitated, Goatwhore and Cancer Bats proving they are a staple of the metal scene.
